We confirm final scope, price, delivery details and event requirements before accepting an order.
Quotes and orders
Prices shown are starting prices in Australian dollars. A quote reflects the requested design, flower availability, delivery and setup. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Seasonal flowers
Flowers are seasonal and availability can change. If a particular stem is unavailable, we’ll use a suitable alternative that respects the agreed palette and style, and contact you about any material change.
Delivery and event work
Please provide accurate delivery details and access instructions. Delivery times are estimates unless a specific time is agreed in writing. Event installations depend on venue access and safety requirements.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as plans change. Custom orders may already involve flower purchases and preparation, so cancellation charges depend on work completed and costs incurred.
